What is an Integra Service Centre? An Integra Service Centre is a strategically located workshop which consists of qualified engineers who are working on automatic welding and cutting machines, designed in-house in our technical department. Integra service centres can provide a wide range of various services including cladding, hardfacing new or refurbished parts, fabrication, joining and arc spray activites.
Specialised manufacturing and welding capabilities Welding Alloys Integra Service Centres incorporate WAG wear-resistant materials to offer unique methods of operation for the refurbishment of worn parts, which might otherwise be scrapped, or the manufacture of new components.
What it means for you This means we can increase the service life of components and decrease plant/mill downtime which results in greater productivity and plant availability ultimately saving you money and maximising your profit.
Consistent quality We can pre-machine worn parts to the correct profile, rebuild with a suitable buffer layer, hardface with a wear resistant alloy designed specifically for that application and finish to the customer’s specification. To maintain quality and consistency we use qualified people to carryout examinations such as ultrasonic, dye penetrant, magnetic particle and other non-destructive testing procedures. All products are manufactured under strict quality control systems.
Know-how We have almost 50 years experience and knowledge, which has helped us develop our ‘know-how’ and fully understand our customer’s needs. We are a global leader in hardfacing and cladding processes mainly applied to critical components including: Vertical mill grinding components, Roller Presses, Steel Mills, Sinter plants and Primary and secondary crushers. |
