Welding Alloys’ solution

• WA has developed specific consumables for water-cooled panels to combat erosion, corrosion and fatigue.  These consumables resist against abrasion, which can lead to reduced wall thickness, corrosion caused by corrosive gases/chemical and surface cracks caused by repeated thermal stress.
• WA has developed static and portable automated welding equipment to work with these consumables, this enables them to repair and clad the worn components in-situ or within their Integra Service Centres
