- The composite construction of WA adapted components results in a simultaneous increase in abrasion resistance and toughness relative to the traditional castings made of Ni-hard or high-chromium material
- WA use future-proof technology which allows the incorporation of continuing advances in hardfacing technology
- WA welding technology enables us to protect and seal intersections against localised wear prior to hardfacing complete components, which gives a smoother and more efficient grinding operation
- WA has a library of grinding performance and wear profiles which allows us to predict and pre-define areas that need hardfacing prior to the component going into service
- Some components can be re-hardfaced in our Integra Service Centre or in-situ many times before replacement is necessary
