• WA has developed a unique knowledge of vertical grinding mills and has designed cored wires with wear characteristics specially adapted for this application
• WA can supply new advanced grinding components using our wires and techniques
• WA can utilise worn castings using similar techniques to hardface back to the original component profile
• WA can refurbish grinding components within the local Integra Service Centre or in-situ depending on your requirements
• The composite construction of WA adapted components results in a simultaneous increase in abrasion resistance and toughness relative to the traditional castings made of Ni-hard or high-chromium material
• WA use future-proof technology which allows the incorporation of continuing advances in hardfacing technology
• WA welding technology enables us to protect and seal intersections against localised wear prior to hardfacing complete components, which gives a smoother and more efficient grinding operation
• WA has a library of grinding performance and wear profiles which allows us to predict and pre-define areas that need hardfacing prior to the component going into service
• Some components can be re-hardfaced in our Integra Service Centre or in-situ many times before replacement is necessary
