Rotary Kiln In a cement plant the rotary kiln is one of the main bottle necks, any failure of this complex installation leads to a plant stoppage. Welding Alloys has created a special cored wire for reliable economical and ultra fast weld repairs of casings, tyres and support rollers. The use of MultiSurfacer automated equipment reduces considerably the repair time. Operators from Welding Alloys Integra Service Centres have been trained for these specific applications and have halved intervention times compared to traditional repair solutions using stick electrodes.
