Welding Alloys’ solution

• Welding Alloys Group has developed a specific welding consumable together with an adapted weld cladding procedure to protect the internal surface of galvanising kettles from corrosion
• Kettles which have been in service can be refurbished using these consumables in WA’s Integra Service Centres
• New kettles can be supplied constructed of specific base materials and clad with our protective consumables
• WA’s solution is more reliable, controllable and gives long lasting protection against corrosion compared to conventional ceramic lined kettles

Consistency and customer service 

The procedure is monitored closely, from the initial surface survey, the remedial repairs required when refurbishing, through to the cladding procedure.  It is then followed by a stringent final NDT inspection to ensure cladding thickness and surface integrity. 

Our cooperation with OEMs and engineering companies has allowed us to find the best solution to satisfy individual customer’s requirements.
