| What is Integra in-situ/on-site? Integra in-situ brings our Integra Service to the customer. Each strategically located service centre has the capability to carry out work in-situ, with both the engineering and technical expertise and the portable welding equipment required to fulfil our customer’s requirements at the shortest possible notice. Proven in the Integra Service Centre & transferred in-situ Welding Alloys’ unique solutions for wear, fatigue and fractures on critical applications are proven within the Integra Service Centre before we transfer this capacity in-situ. Our R&D teams develop automated portable welding equipment to ensure consistent, high quality solutions which use WA Flux Cored Wires to provide the best results. What it means for you It means we can be available when you need us most to repair, hardface or clad critical components - without the need to disassemble equipment, as we do this for you. This increases the part’s lifetime and decreases downtime which results in greater productivity and plant availability, ultimately reducing costs and maximising your profit. On-site services Integra Service Centres offer a range of on-site services to support client’s maintenance needs. WAG has almost 50 years experience across a diverse range of industries, as a group we know the wear issues which affect industry on a day to day basis. We offer a range of wear management solutions either as a one off technical report on component performance or as a total wear management package including our Smart Welding and MAP Caster services. |
