Specifically designed and manufactured by Welding Alloys, our wear plates comprise a base plate of construction steel and a wear resistant coating applied by arc welding in order to offer exceptional resistance to abrasive wear. Produced using specially developed Welding Alloys cored wires, they are distinguished by their:
• homogeneity of the deposit
• regular appearance
• high quality consistency, guaranteed by the use of advanced automatic equipment designed and manufactured in our Service Centres
• functionality and adaptability
In addition, our range of plates including Hardlite, Hardplate and Tuffplate are manufactured globally in our Integra Service Centres according to an internal welding procedure to the highest standards. The wear plates are available in standard dimensions or made to measure, in the widest range of thicknesses.
