Welding Alloys’ solution

• WA has developed new automated welding equipment especially for cladding critical components within the oil and gas industry.  In particular Christmas (Xmas) tree valves but also pressure vessels and related inlet and outlet pipes used throughout the extraction and refinery process.
• WA cored cladding wires are developed for specifically for corrosion resistance within these industries 
• WA’s welding procedures are approved by third party Bureau Veritas inspectors and meet ISO 3834 standards
• WA can clad new valves or refurbish used valves as necessary

All components manufactured within our Integra Service Centres are tested and approved to internal standards or third party standards according to the application requirements.
