Heat Treated Steels for Tooling

Our range of welding wires for heat treated steels for tooling include our ROBOTOOL wires, which is a range of seamless, laser-welded cored wires. Our range of ROBOTOOL and HARDFACE wires can be used on parts subject to thermal fatigue, cracks, grooves, friction and erosion, such as die-casting moulds, plastic moulds, punches, mandrels, and more. Repairing tools offers cost savings by avoiding the need to buy new construction tools and improves the wear resistance and lifetime of the tools.
