Professional Hardfacing Service (Malaysia) are currently recruiting two Welders. The positions will be based at our facility in Kulai, Johor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks using processes such as SMAW (Stick), GMAW (MIG), depending on job requirements.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding machines, torches, and other related tools.
- Conduct measurements, cutting, fitting, grinding, and finishing as needed before and after welding.
- Inspect welds for strength, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Follow company, customer, and international welding codes (ASME, AWS, ISO, etc.) when required.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, complying with safety regulations (PPE, fire prevention, hazard control).
What we are looking for:
- Proficiency in multiple welding techniques and materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.).
- Knowledge of welding standards, tolerances, and quality assurance practices.
- Good physical stamina, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
- Safety awareness and proper use of protective equipment.
- Strong safety awareness in handling instruments and heavy workpieces.
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
