Es hat sich gezeigt, dass diese Option die Lebensdauer von Brechersternen in der D\u00fcngemittelindustrie erheblich verl\u00e4ngert und die Auswirkungen des Verschlei\u00dfes auf ein Minimum reduziert..<\/p>\n<p>In diesem Fall entschied sich der Kunde f\u00fcr die Reparatur des urspr\u00fcnglichen Brechersterns durch die Verwendung unseres gegossenen NICI-Drahts als Pufferschicht und die Fertigstellung mit unserem HARDFACE NICARBW-Draht, der eine Verbundbeschichtung mit Wolframkarbidpartikeln in einer Nickel-Bor-Silizium-Matrix aufweist. Dieses Produkt hat sich als hochwirksam erwiesen, wenn Abrieb und Korrosion kombinierte Verschlei\u00dfmechanismen sind, und wird bei vielen unserer Projekte in der D\u00fcngemittelindustrie eingesetzt. Dieser spezielle Draht besteht aus Wolframkarbidk\u00f6rnern, die in eine korrosionsbest\u00e4ndige Matrix auf Nickelbasis eingebettet sind, um einen maximalen Schutz gegen Korrosion zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.
