Der Lader ist in einem Steinbruch im Einsatz und transportiert Steine, die f\u00fcr den Bau abgebaut werden. Die Schneide wurde aus (1 \u00bd&#8221;) 30 mm dickem ASTM A36-Blech geschnitten und anschlie\u00dfend gepanzert. Sowohl die Ober- als auch die Unterseite der Schneide wurden gepanzert, wobei sich die Dicke nach dem Grad der Abnutzung richtete &#8211; die Unterseite war einer st\u00e4rkeren Abnutzung ausgesetzt als die Oberseite.<\/p>\n<p>Die obere Vorderkante der Schneide wurde au\u00dferdem mit einem unserer HARDFACE-Dr\u00e4hte gesch\u00fctzt, die speziell f\u00fcr den Schutz vor schweren St\u00f6\u00dfen und Abrieb entwickelt wurden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Schneide wird durch Schwei\u00dfen an der Schaufelstruktur befestigt. Aus diesem Grund mussten die zu verbindenden Bereiche frei von Panzerungen bleiben. Dabei handelt es sich um zwei Bereiche an den Seiten der Schneide, wo sie an den Seiten der Schaufel befestigt ist, und um die Hinterkante, wo sie am Bodenteil der Schaufel befestigt ist. Die Hinterkante wurde mit einer vorbearbeiteten Schwei\u00dffase geliefert, um eine problemlose Montage durch den Kunden zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Gesamtnutzungsdauer wird auf etwa 1890 Arbeitsstunden gesch\u00e4tzt. Die Schneide wurde am 27. November 2020 eingebaut. Die Inspektion wurde am 9. M\u00e4rz 2021 durchgef\u00fchrt, woraufhin die Schaufel des Laders ohne Eingriff wieder in Betrieb genommen wurde. Die Schneide muss nun in den n\u00e4chsten Wochen ausgetauscht werden.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
