(Foto 1: Pelton-Turbine).<\/p>\n<p>Die Schaufeln werden stark beansprucht, und ihre komplizierte Form ist ein Schl\u00fcsselfaktor f\u00fcr einen optimalen Wirkungsgrad des Kraftwerks.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00dcbliche Methoden zur Herstellung einer Pelton Turbine<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Es gibt mehrere M\u00f6glichkeiten, eine Pelton Turbine herzustellen. In den meisten F\u00e4llen wird dieser Turbinentyp vollst\u00e4ndig maschinell bearbeitet, ausgehend von einer riesigen geschmiedeten Scheibe aus Edelstahlen CA6NM, was mit einem gro\u00dfen Materialverlust verbunden ist.<\/p>\n<p>Bei gr\u00f6\u00dferen Turbinen k\u00f6nnen Schaufelk\u00f6pfe durch Verschwei\u00dfen mit der vorbearbeiteten geschmiedeten Scheibe hinzugef\u00fcgt werden. Dieses Herstellungsverfahren verringert den Verlust an Rohmaterial, erh\u00f6ht jedoch die Komplexit\u00e4t des Produktionsprozesses aufgrund der erforderlichen Pr\u00e4zision bei der Anwendung des F\u00fcgeverfahrens.<\/p>\n<p><b>Die additive Fertigung bietet M\u00f6glichkeiten zur Verbesserung der Produktionsmethoden.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Der 3D-Metalldruck setzt sich in der Industrie immer mehr durch. Diese neue Technologie hat sich nicht nur dank einer kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Schwei\u00dfverfahren (Laser, Lichtbogen usw.), sondern auch der Schwei\u00dfzusatzwerkstoffe durchgesetzt. Sie erm\u00f6glicht die Herstellung von Teilen durch Hinzuf\u00fcgen von Material, das den erwarteten Endma\u00dfen so nahe wie m\u00f6glich kommt, selbst bei sehr komplexen Geometrien.<\/p>\n<p>Diese neue Produktionsmethode ist ein Wendepunkt. Die Hersteller k\u00f6nnen wettbewerbsf\u00e4higer werden, indem sie die Produktionskosten und die Vorlaufzeiten drastisch senken, was wiederum zu neuen Gesch\u00e4ftsm\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>Der Einsatz der additiven Fertigung mit Lichtbogenschwei\u00dfen (WAAM) wurde bereits erfolgreich f\u00fcr die Produktion einer Pelton-Turbine eingesetzt. Im Jahr 2019 hat das ANDRITZ-Hydro-Werk in Ravensburg die Schaufeln einer 5020 mm langen Pelton-Turbine erfolgreich mit der MicroGuss\u2122 -Technologie hergestellt, aber der Einsatz der additiven Fertigung mit Drahtlaser ist eine Weltneuheit.<\/p>\n<p><b>Weltweit erste mit Laserschwei\u00dfen additiv hergestellte Pelton-Schaufel<\/b><\/p>\n<p>IREPA LASER und Welding Alloys haben ihr Wissen und ihre F\u00e4higkeiten kombiniert, um einen Pelton-Schaufel mit der AMFREE Laser-Draht-Technologie herzustellen. (Foto 2: \u00dcberblick \u00fcber den WLAM Pelton-Schaufel).<\/p>\n<p><b>Einzigartige Fertigungstechnologie<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Das additive Laserschwei\u00dfen von Dr\u00e4hten wurde von IREPA LASER mit einer speziellen Roboterzelle durchgef\u00fchrt. In dieses Produktionswerkzeug ist die AMFREE Laser-Multi-Draht-Technologie integriert, die das gleichzeitige Schmelzen mehrerer Dr\u00e4hte erm\u00f6glicht, was zu einer erheblichen Steigerung der Hochchromhaltigen Legierung f\u00fchrt und gleichzeitig eine optimale Stabilit\u00e4t des Prozesses gew\u00e4hrleistet.<\/p>\n<p>Bei der Herstellung des Pelton-Schaufels wurde jede der Lagen nach einer speziellen Methode gefertigt. Beginnend mit der Konturierung der Form (um eine glatte Au\u00dfenfl\u00e4che zu gew\u00e4hrleisten), gefolgt von der F\u00fcllung der Form (um eine hervorragende Kompaktheit zu gew\u00e4hrleisten).<\/p>\n<p>(Foto 3: Pelton-Schaufel wird mit einem Mehrdraht-Laserschwei\u00dfkopf hergestellt)<\/p>\n<p>Der fertige Schaufel ist 360 mm hoch, 340 mm breit und hat eine Tiefe von 170 mm.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Herstellung dieses 61 kg schweren Schaufels mit einer durchschnittlichen Abschmelzleistung von 5-6 kg\/h wurden 14 Stunden ben\u00f6tigt, wobei ein Metallpulverf\u00fclldraht mit 1,2 mm Durchmesser verwendet wurde. J\u00fcngste Entwicklungen deuten bereits darauf hin, dass es m\u00f6glich w\u00e4re, bis zu 8 kg\/h zu erreichen.<\/p>\n<p><b>Hochwertige F\u00fclldr\u00e4hte<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Welding Alloys verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ein umfassendes Angebot an weichen martensitischen Edelstahldr\u00e4hten (13%Cr-4%Ni) f\u00fcr die Wasserkraft-Industrie. In diesem Fallbeispiel haben wir unseren Draht CHROMECORE M 410NiMo-G \u00f81,2 mm verwendet.<\/p>\n<p>Die Verwendung von F\u00fclldr\u00e4hten bietet zahlreiche Vorteile f\u00fcr die additive Fertigung:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Ein F\u00fclldraht besteht aus einem mit Metallpulvern gef\u00fcllten Rohrmantel, der es erm\u00f6glicht, die Chemie je nach Kundenwunsch anzupassen.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Die Flexibilit\u00e4t bei der Herstellung von F\u00fclldr\u00e4hten ist sehr gro\u00df; es ist m\u00f6glich, nur 15 kg Draht auf einer einzigen Spule zu liefern, bis hin zu mehreren Tonnen.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Die Verwendung eines F\u00fclldrahtes erh\u00f6ht die Produktivit\u00e4t, da die Querschnittsfl\u00e4che klein ist und der F\u00fclldraht daher schneller schmilzt als ein Massivdraht.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Durch die weiche Verschmelzung dieses Drahtes kommt es zu einer sehr geringen Spritzerbildung und einer optimalen Drahtf\u00fchrung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bei extremer Beanspruchung und damit vorzeitigem Verschlei\u00df ist es auch m\u00f6glich, mit unserem CAVITALLOY-Draht eine hochchromhaltige Legierung in die Innenfl\u00e4che des Schaufels einzubringen, um eine bessere Verschlei\u00dfbest\u00e4ndigkeit gegen\u00fcber Kavitation zu erreichen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Schwei\u00dfgut ist eine hochchromhaltige Legierung mit Chrom, Kobalt, Mangan, Silizium und Stickstoff, die speziell entwickelt wurde, um extremer Kavitation und Erosion zu widerstehen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Einsatz von hochwertigen Welding Alloys F\u00fclldr\u00e4hten in Kombination mit AMFREE Laser-Draht-Fertigungsl\u00f6sungen bietet der Wasserkraft-Industrie aufregende neue Chancen und M\u00f6glichkeiten.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/?page_id=42917\">Sehen Sie sich das Video zur Herstellung dieses Pelton-Schaufels an<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
