Eine \u00dcberlastung der Erntemaschine erh\u00f6ht den Verschlei\u00df ihrer Teile. Ausf\u00e4lle von Komponenten wie der prim\u00e4ren Absaughaube und dem Verschlei\u00dfring k\u00f6nnen zu l\u00e4ngeren Ausfallzeiten oder weiteren Sch\u00e4den an anderen Bauteilen der Erntemaschine f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrzlich hat das Serviceteam von Integra\u2122 bei Welding Alloys Argentina die Reparatur dieser Teile f\u00fcr mehrere Hersteller in ihrer Region unter Verwendung unserer Palette an verschwei\u00dfbaren Platten \u00fcbernommen. Eine Herausforderung, mit der die Kunden konfrontiert waren, war die Notwendigkeit, die Lebensdauer und Leistung des Abzugsrings und der Haube zu optimieren, ohne das Gewicht des Teils zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n<p>Da diese Teile anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr Verschlei\u00df durch Schlagbeanspruchung und Abrasion sind, wurde eine L\u00f6sung ben\u00f6tigt, um dies zu verhindern. Die Segmente im Inneren der Haube wurden aus <i>Hardplate <\/i>100 3+3 gefertigt; eine Reduzierung gegen\u00fcber der vorherigen Plattengr\u00f6\u00dfe f\u00fchrte zu einer Gewichtsreduzierung von 33 %. W\u00e4hrend des Projekts konnten wir die Anzahl der Segmente im Inneren der Haube von 22 auf 33 erh\u00f6hen, was zu einem besseren Abschluss zwischen den Kanten der Platten f\u00fchrte. Durch die Schlie\u00dfung der L\u00fccken wurde der Materialaustritt verringert und folglich die Ernteeffizienz erh\u00f6ht. Diese Gesamtl\u00f6sung f\u00fchrte zu einer bis zu dreifachen Verl\u00e4ngerung der Lebensdauer des Bauteils im Vergleich zur urspr\u00fcnglichen Reparatur.<\/p>\n<p>Die Verschlei\u00dfringe wurden ebenfalls mit unserer Hardplate\u2122-Verbundplatte geformt und auf Ma\u00df gebracht.
