La cargadora se usa en una cantera, llevando piedras que se extraen para la construcci\u00f3n. El labio se cort\u00f3 a partir de una chapa ASTM A36 de (1 \u00bd\u201d) 30 mm de espesor y despu\u00e9s se le aplic\u00f3 recubrimiento duro. Tanto la parte superior como a la parte inferior del labio fueron revestidos con el espesor determinado\u00a0 siendo \u00e9ste proporcional al desgaste calculado para cada zona (la parte inferior del cangil\u00f3n est\u00e1 expuesta a mayores niveles de desgaste por abrasi\u00f3n que la parte superior).<\/p>\n<p>El labio superior del cangil\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se protegi\u00f3 empleando uno de nuestros alambres HARDFACE, espec\u00edficamente dise\u00f1ados para proteger contra impactos fuertes, acompa\u00f1ados de abrasi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El labio est\u00e1 unido a la estructura del cangil\u00f3n mediante soldadura. Por este motivo, las \u00e1reas de uni\u00f3n tuvieron que dejarse sin recubrimiento duro. Estas son dos \u00e1reas en los lados del labio donde se une a los laterales del cangil\u00f3n y el borde trasero donde se une al piso del cangil\u00f3n. El borde trasero se suministr\u00f3 con un bisel de soldadura premecanizado para garantizar que el cliente pudiera realizar el montaje sin problemas.<\/p>\n<p>La vida \u00fatil total se estima alrededor de 1890 horas de trabajo.\u00a0 El cangil\u00f3n fue instalado el 27 de noviembre del 2020. Se realiz\u00f3 una inspecci\u00f3n el 9 de marzo del 2021 despu\u00e9s de la cual el cangil\u00f3n volvi\u00f3 a ponerse en funcionamiento sin intervenci\u00f3n. Ahora el cangil\u00f3n ser\u00e1 reemplazado en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
