Todo ello tras una producci\u00f3n total de 1,1 millones de toneladas.<\/p>\n<p>Pieter du Plessis, Ingeniero Corporativo de Producto Integra\u2122, confirm\u00f3 que aunque el revestimiento duro de los rodillos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/es\/servicios\/servicios-de-ingenieria-de-desgaste\/metodos-de-aplicacion\/aplicaciones-de-recargue-duro\/millcarb\/\">Mill<em>Carb<\/em>\u2122<\/a> mostraba algunos signos de desgaste (5-8 mm), las superficies segu\u00edan siendo lisas y no presentaban las zonas de desgaste profundo t\u00edpicas de los rodillos de los <a href=\"\/es\/aplicacion-industrial\/molinos-verticales\/\">molinos verticales<\/a> est\u00e1ndar.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;La primera inspecci\u00f3n tuvo lugar en diciembre de 2020 y los resultados fueron tan impresionantes que el cliente pospuso el mantenimiento de los rodillos del molino vertical y continu\u00f3 trabajando con los rodillos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/es\/servicios\/servicios-de-ingenieria-de-desgaste\/metodos-de-aplicacion\/aplicaciones-de-recargue-duro\/millcarb\/\">Mill<em>Carb<\/em>\u2122<\/a> durante el a\u00f1o siguiente&#8221;, afirm\u00f3 el Gerente de Integra\u2122 y Mantenimiento de Welding Alloys (Extremo Oriente) Sdn. Bhd, Gianni Morselli.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Esta inspecci\u00f3n de la que informamos aqu\u00ed se realiz\u00f3 en mayo de 2022 y los resultados fueron todo lo que esper\u00e1bamos y m\u00e1s&#8221;, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 Gianni Morselli. &#8220;Adem\u00e1s de la reducci\u00f3n de la tasa de desgaste, el patr\u00f3n de desgaste uniforme de los rodillos MillCarb\u2122 ha contribuido a mantener estable la producci\u00f3n del molino durante m\u00e1s tiempo&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;El resultado fue un consumo de energ\u00eda constante por tonelada de carb\u00f3n molido&#8221;, afirma Pieter du Plessis, de Integra. &#8220;Estos factores combinados contribuyen a una disminuci\u00f3n significativa del coste total de propiedad&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Datos de inter\u00e9s:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Los rodillos con revestimiento duro <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/es\/servicios\/servicios-de-ingenieria-de-desgaste\/metodos-de-aplicacion\/aplicaciones-de-recargue-duro\/millcarb\/\">Mill<em>Carb<\/em>\u2122<\/a> han completado alrededor de 20.000 horas de servicio y continuar\u00e1n hasta la pr\u00f3xima inspecci\u00f3n mayor en 2023<\/li>\n<li>La soluci\u00f3n para rodillos del <a href=\"\/es\/aplicacion-industrial\/molinos-verticales\/\">molino vertical<\/a> proporcionar\u00e1 una capacidad de funcionamiento continuo durante al menos tres a\u00f1os sin necesidad de volver a soldar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El Dr. Venugopal Thota, Director General de Welding Alloys (Extremo Oriente) Sdn.
