Situada en el centro de los aparatos de v\u00eda, la rana tiene por objeto garantizar la continuidad de las v\u00edas de cruce. Debido a su funci\u00f3n, esta parte de la v\u00eda est\u00e1 sometida a esfuerzos importantes, como cargas\/presiones elevadas e impactos, que provocan el desgaste y la deformaci\u00f3n del carril.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que el desgaste es evidente en los ra\u00edles, estos componentes pueden repararse in situ, siguiendo un procedimiento de soldadura muy preciso. El objetivo principal es reconstruir la geometr\u00eda deseada mediante soldadura por arco, gracias a una deposici\u00f3n de material, y proceder a continuaci\u00f3n al rectificado del carril para devolverle su perfil original antes de volver a ponerlo en servicio.<\/p>\n<p>En general, cuando el paso a nivel ha sido objeto de varias reparaciones in situ, el gestor de la red ya no autoriza reparaciones suplementarias por soldadura con arco, ya que existe el riesgo de que las caracter\u00edsticas mec\u00e1nicas iniciales del paso se hayan deteriorado demasiado (debido a los diferentes Ciclos t\u00e9rmicos que se producen durante las operaciones de soldadura). El cruce desgastado se desecha (para ser reciclado) y se sustituye por uno nuevo.<\/p>\n<p><b>Con la fabricaci\u00f3n aditiva, podemos replantearnos el ciclo de vida de estos cruces de v\u00eda<\/b><\/p>\n<p>La impresi\u00f3n 3D en metal se utiliza con \u00e9xito en la industria desde hace varias d\u00e9cadas, con distintos procesos (arco, l\u00e1ser, etc.). Estas tecnolog\u00edas de fabricaci\u00f3n permiten fabricar piezas con geometr\u00edas muy a menudo complejas, a\u00f1adiendo material y superponiendo la cantidad necesaria de capas.<\/p>\n<p>Esta nueva forma de dise\u00f1ar y fabricar abre el campo de las posibilidades aportando importantes ventajas en t\u00e9rminos de tiempo de producci\u00f3n, pero tambi\u00e9n de costes.<\/p>\n<p>En este art\u00edculo, el proceso utilizado se basa en el uso de soldadura por rayo l\u00e1ser con metal de aportaci\u00f3n en forma de alambre tubular. Com\u00fanmente conocido por las siglas WLAM (Wire L\u00e1ser Additive Manufacturing) o Ded-Clad-w (Wire Directed Energy Deposition), este proceso consiste en la fusi\u00f3n mediante un haz l\u00e1ser enfocado sobre un alambre met\u00e1lico, con el fin de formar un dep\u00f3sito en el que las dimensiones est\u00e1n completamente controladas.<\/p>\n<p>Esta t\u00e9cnica altamente productiva se utiliza para fabricar piezas de gran tama\u00f1o (varios metros). La utilizaci\u00f3n de un Alambre tubular permite aumentar la productividad, gracias a una mayor tasa de deposici\u00f3n del metal de aportaci\u00f3n (el alambre tubular se funde m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente que una secci\u00f3n completa de alambre macizo). Tambi\u00e9n es posible adaptar y ajustar la qu\u00edmica del metal soldado ajustando la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica del alambre (sin salirse de unas cantidades de lote de producci\u00f3n razonables).<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Reconstrucci\u00f3n: una alternativa respetuosa con el medio ambiente<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La reconstrucci\u00f3n mediante fabricaci\u00f3n aditiva WLAM ampl\u00eda el ciclo de vida del cruce. As\u00ed, en lugar de enviarse a una acer\u00eda para su reciclaje, el cruce puede reacondicionarse por completo en un taller especializado.<\/p>\n<p>El primer paso consiste en eliminar la parte del cruce que se ha visto afectada por el desgaste, asegur\u00e1ndose de que s\u00f3lo quede el material original &#8220;sano&#8221; y no afectado.<\/p>\n<p>Tras comprobar la calidad del metal base del material restante, se realiza una captura en 3D utilizando una herramienta de metrolog\u00eda port\u00e1til. Esto permite simular el m\u00e9todo de fabricaci\u00f3n aditiva por l\u00e1ser de hilo para reconstruir la forma original del cruce. A continuaci\u00f3n, s\u00f3lo es cuesti\u00f3n de aplicar el procedimiento de soldadura adecuado (par\u00e1metros, ciclos t\u00e9rmicos, etc.) para superponer las capas necesarias de calidad \u00f3ptima, de acuerdo con la geometr\u00eda deseada.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b>El nuevo dise\u00f1o &#8211; alternativa t\u00e9cnico-econ\u00f3mica<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Hasta la fecha, los cruces de v\u00eda son piezas de fundici\u00f3n con una composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica que var\u00eda en funci\u00f3n de las redes y las necesidades. Superponiendo las capas necesarias a un soporte de base (por ejemplo, acero C-Mn del grupo 1), la fabricaci\u00f3n aditiva permitir\u00e1 producir grandes cruces de geometr\u00eda variable en la aleaci\u00f3n elegida por el cliente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Acero de baja y media aleaci\u00f3n que proporciona una dureza significativa (350-600HB);<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">acero de alta aleaci\u00f3n para responder a tensiones\/desgaste importantes;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Acero austen\u00edtico al Cr-Mn o Cr-Ni-Mn con propiedades de endurecimiento por deformaci\u00f3n;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">apilamiento de capas con varias aleaciones para responder a las tensiones con la mayor precisi\u00f3n posible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El uso del proceso de hilo l\u00e1ser Ded-Clad en la fabricaci\u00f3n aditiva ofrece varias ventajas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">reducci\u00f3n de los costes de producci\u00f3n;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">personalizaci\u00f3n de componentes;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">mejora general del rendimiento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u00e1ser Irepa(1) y Welding Alloys France(2) han combinado sus conocimientos y habilidades en soldadura l\u00e1ser y fabricaci\u00f3n aditiva para producir una demostraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos datos clave:<\/p>\n<p>El cruce de v\u00edas utilizado era chatarra y estaba listo para ser reciclado<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 Material base = 400 HB<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 Dimensiones de las piezas: 1.870 x 800 x 370 mm (370 kg).<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 Welding Alambres tubulares con fundente = Endurecido por deformaci\u00f3n HARDFACE AP-G<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 Preparaci\u00f3n = Gubiado por arco y esmerilado<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 Generaci\u00f3n de un modelo 3D mediante un esc\u00e1ner 3D de luz blanca = 30 min.<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 Programaci\u00f3n offline (definici\u00f3n de planteamiento, par\u00e1metros y simulaci\u00f3n postprocesamiento) = 1 hora 30 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 Tiempo de reconstrucci\u00f3n mediante el proceso de alambre l\u00e1ser Ded-Clad = 11 horas.<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 Cantidad de Alambre tubular utilizado = 13 kg.<\/p>\n<p>(1) Irepa L\u00e1ser es una empresa cooperativa orientada a la comunidad (SCIC) especializada en procesos y materiales l\u00e1ser.
