La chargeuse op\u00e8re dans une carri\u00e8re, o\u00f9 elle est utilis\u00e9e pour la manutention des pierres extraites pour la construction. La lame a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9coup\u00e9e \u00e0 partir d\u2019une feuille ASTM A36 d\u2019une \u00e9paisseur de 30 mm (1 \u00bd pouce), puis recharg\u00e9e. La surface sup\u00e9rieure et la surface inf\u00e9rieure de la lame ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recharg\u00e9es, l\u2019\u00e9paisseur \u00e9tant d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par le degr\u00e9 d\u2019usure constat\u00e9e \u2013 la face inf\u00e9rieure de la lame a \u00e9t\u00e9 soumise \u00e0 des niveaux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s d\u2019usure abrasive que la face sup\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n<p>Le bord sup\u00e9rieur a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 prot\u00e9g\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un de nos fils HARDFACE, sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us contre les chocs violents accompagn\u00e9s d\u2019abrasion.<\/p>\n<p>La lame est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 la structure du godet par soudure. Les zones de jonction doivent donc \u00eatre exemptes de rechargement dur. Il s\u2019agit des deux zones situ\u00e9es sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la lame qui servent \u00e0 le fixer aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du godet, et du bord arri\u00e8re qui sert \u00e0 le fixer au plancher du godet. Le bord arri\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 fourni avec un chanfrein soud\u00e9 pr\u00e9usin\u00e9 pour assurer un montage facile par le client.<\/p>\n<p>La dur\u00e9e de vie totale est estim\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 1\u00a0890 heures de fonctionnement. La lame a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9e le 27 novembre 2020. Une inspection a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e le 9 mars 2021, suite \u00e0 laquelle le godet de la chargeuse a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis en service sans aucune intervention. La lame doit d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre remplac\u00e9e dans quelques semaines.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
