R\u00e9cemment, notre \u00e9quipe chez Welding Alloys Panamericana a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 cet engagement lors d&#8217;une collaboration sur site avec un client cl\u00e9 du secteur de l&#8217;hydro\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. L&#8217;objectif \u00e9tait de proposer \u00e0 ce client une solution alternative, qui r\u00e9pondrait mieux \u00e0 ses besoins. Nous avons recommand\u00e9 notre fil fourr\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/fr\/produit\/chromecore-m-410nimo-g\/\">CHROMECORE M 410 NiMo-G<\/a>, reconnu pour sa soudabilit\u00e9 exceptionnelle dans des applications standards comme complexes. Welding Alloys a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 la sup\u00e9riorit\u00e9 de son fil de soudage par rapport \u00e0 la solution existante appliqu\u00e9e sur la turbine. De plus, l&#8217;\u00e9quipe a apport\u00e9 un soutien pratique tout au long des processus de soudage et de test dans les installations du client, au Mexique.<\/p>\n<p>Une visite technique d&#8217;une semaine a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e en novembre 2023, mettant l&#8217;accent directement sur l&#8217;application du produit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/fr\/produit\/chromecore-m-410nimo-g\/\">CHROMECORE M 410 NiMo-G<\/a> sur leurs turbines pour les projets en cours.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser divers tests de soudabilit\u00e9 de notre fil sur des t\u00f4les dans diff\u00e9rentes positions, tant horizontales que verticales. Les r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prometteurs, avec une am\u00e9lioration significative de la performance et de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9. Le mat\u00e9riau d\u2019apport a montr\u00e9 une excellente performance dans diff\u00e9rentes positions et manutention. \u00c0 noter, les cordons de soudure appliqu\u00e9s \u00e9taient pratiquement parfaits, sans d\u00e9fauts de soudage, m\u00eame sur un m\u00e9tal de base en mauvais \u00e9tat (non nettoy\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me jour a marqu\u00e9 le d\u00e9but de l&#8217;application du fil sur deux turbines, se concentrant sur deux points principaux o\u00f9 l&#8217;\u00e9rosion et la cavitation se produisaient. Les r\u00e9sultats du soudage \u00e9taient prometteurs. L&#8217;\u00e9quipe de Welding Alloys a \u00e9troitement soutenu les soudeurs tout au long du processus, depuis la pr\u00e9paration du mat\u00e9riau l&#8217;ouverture du mat\u00e9riau \/ installation jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;application des composants, s&#8217;\u00e9tendant sur diff\u00e9rents postes de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9marrage r\u00e9ussi du processus de soudage, le troisi\u00e8me jour, l&#8217;\u00e9quipe a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 soutenir le client dans le soudage des turbines. Il \u00e9tait \u00e9vident que l&#8217;utilisation du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/fr\/produit\/chromecore-m-410nimo-g\/\">CHROMECORE M 410NiMo-G<\/a> am\u00e9liorait les performances et l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 lors de l\u2019application du fil. Ce processus a permis de couvrir une plus grande surface en moins de temps, r\u00e9duisant les p\u00e9riodes prolong\u00e9es dans des positions inconfortables et l\u2019exposition \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es. L&#8217;absence de calamine, d&#8217;\u00e9tincelles, de pores, de fissures et de tout autre d\u00e9faut de soudage sur la turbine a \u00e9limin\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&#8217;un nettoyage m\u00e9canique entre les cordons de soudure.<\/p>\n<p>Le quatri\u00e8me jour a permis de conclure que le fil se comportait bien comme pr\u00e9vu lorsqu&#8217;il \u00e9tait appliqu\u00e9 sur le composant dans diff\u00e9rentes positions, et qu&#8217;il n&#8217;y avait pas de probl\u00e8me. Cependant, l&#8217;\u00e9quipe a identifi\u00e9 quelques fissures dans les soudures qui avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es avec une autre marque de fil de soudage. Ces fissures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9limin\u00e9es en retirant le mat\u00e9riau existant et en appliquant le fil de Welding Alloys.<\/p>\n<p>Le dernier jour, les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s des pales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soud\u00e9es, appliqu\u00e9es en contact direct avec le fil d\u2019un de nos concurrents. Notre fil a montr\u00e9 une excellente adh\u00e9rence, une compatibilit\u00e9 totale et aucun d\u00e9faut de soudure n&#8217;a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9. La manipulation du fil de soudage s&#8217;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 tr\u00e8s simple, offrant une belle apparence visuelle une fois appliqu\u00e9 sur les turbines. Les r\u00e9sultats positifs, associ\u00e9s au soutien exceptionnel de Welding Alloys, ont assur\u00e9 une attitude favorable parmi les soudeurs envers ce changement. En outre, des essais de soudabilit\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s avec un mat\u00e9riau d&#8217;apport TIG de l&#8217;alliage 410 NiMo dans des diam\u00e8tres de 1,2 mm et 3,2 mm. Deux superviseurs et le soudeur du client \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents lors de ces essais. D&#8217;autres applications pour des r\u00e9parations sp\u00e9cifiques sur la turbine ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 une semaine sur place avec le client, notre fil <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/fr\/produit\/chromecore-m-410nimo-g\/\">CHROMRECORE M 410NiMo-G<\/a> s&#8217;est impos\u00e9 comme le fil fourr\u00e9 de soudage privil\u00e9gi\u00e9.
