En raison de la nature du processus, les coudes sont expos\u00e9s \u00e0 une usure abrasive continue, ce qui se traduit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement par une dur\u00e9e de vie op\u00e9rationnelle r\u00e9duite. Les coudes conventionnels non trait\u00e9s avaient une dur\u00e9e de vie comprise entre 500 et 700 heures, ce qui entra\u00eenait des interventions de maintenance fr\u00e9quentes, des temps d\u2019arr\u00eat accrus et des co\u00fbts de remplacement permanents.<\/p>\n<p>Les premiers essais utilisant d&#8217;autres m\u00e9thodes de protection n&#8217;ont apport\u00e9 que des am\u00e9liorations marginales. Cependant, en mettant en \u0153uvre une solution sur mesure int\u00e9grant la technologie de rev\u00eatement c\u00e9ramique, Welding Alloys a pu prolonger consid\u00e9rablement la dur\u00e9e de vie des composants tout en respectant les exigences de poids essentielles \u00e0 l&#8217;installation.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s leur installation, les coudes trait\u00e9s ont d\u00e9sormais d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les 2 500 heures de fonctionnement, offrant d\u00e9j\u00e0 une dur\u00e9e de vie plus de quatre fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des composants non trait\u00e9s. Les r\u00e9sultats d&#8217;inspection confirment que le rev\u00eatement c\u00e9ramique reste en excellent \u00e9tat, avec plus de 50 % de l&#8217;\u00e9paisseur d&#8217;origine encore intacte et un d\u00e9placement minimal des carreaux. Sur la base des taux d&#8217;usure actuels, les composants devraient atteindre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 5 000 heures de dur\u00e9e de vie, ce qui repr\u00e9sente une augmentation substantielle de l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Cette am\u00e9lioration est particuli\u00e8rement remarquable compte tenu des contraintes de l&#8217;application. La conduite est situ\u00e9e dans une zone inaccessible aux grues, ce qui n\u00e9cessite une manipulation manuelle des composants. De ce fait, toute solution anti-usure doit trouver un \u00e9quilibre entre durabilit\u00e9 et consid\u00e9rations de poids. La mise en place s\u00e9lective d&#8217;un rev\u00eatement c\u00e9ramique dans les zones \u00e0 forte usure a assur\u00e9 une protection optimale sans compromettre les exigences de manutention.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;essai a \u00e9galement permis d&#8217;identifier des possibilit\u00e9s d&#8217;optimisation suppl\u00e9mentaires. Les observations indiquent que le flux de mati\u00e8re ne reste pas toujours centr\u00e9 dans le rayon de courbure, ce qui entra\u00eene une usure localis\u00e9e sur les bords de la zone rev\u00eatue. Par cons\u00e9quent, les futures conceptions int\u00e9greront une couverture c\u00e9ramique plus large afin d&#8217;assurer une protection compl\u00e8te sur l&#8217;ensemble du profil d&#8217;usure. Cette approche it\u00e9rative refl\u00e8te l&#8217;engagement de Welding Alloys en faveur de l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration continue et des solutions sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 chaque application.<\/p>\n<p>Le succ\u00e8s de l&#8217;essai a d\u00e9j\u00e0 donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 une commande confirm\u00e9e portant sur un plus grand nombre de composants, soulignant la confiance du client dans la solution et sa valeur \u00e0 long terme. Au-del\u00e0 des gains de performance imm\u00e9diats, l&#8217;allongement de la dur\u00e9e de vie r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement la fr\u00e9quence des op\u00e9rations de maintenance, diminue le co\u00fbt d\u2019usage (TCO) et contribue \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la fiabilit\u00e9 de l&#8217;installation.<\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude de cas met en \u00e9vidence l&#8217;importance de choisir la bonne strat\u00e9gie de protection contre l&#8217;usure pour chaque application.
