Oil & Gas / Petrochemical

The oil, gas, and petrochemical industries remain critical to our global transportation systems, through the production of lubricants, fuels and other related products needed for daily hauling.

At Welding Alloys, we have been actively involved in the oil and gas industry for more than 30 years. Our products and services provide effective, cost-saving solutions to address the most demanding wear problems faced within these industries. From dealing with normal sliding abrasion at room temperature to aggressive chemical corrosion at elevated temperatures, we have the wear solutions to keep equipment running for longer periods and at optimised production rates.

Our Integra™ service teams can carry out in-workshop or on-site boiler cladding repairs using our customised welding equipment and our advanced Welding Alloys nickel and super alloy welding consumables. Our solution delivers cladding to the highest standards, ultimately reducing the frequency of component replacement.

At Welding Alloys, our unique all-positional Alloy 625 welding consumables provide effective, cost competitive protection against corrosive environments within petrochemical columns. Our solutions deliver increased life expectancy of the cladded sections by up to five times more than that of the original base material.

We have solutions including spraying and weld cladding for the protection of boiler panels and distillation columns, affected by corrosion and erosion of heater tubes during operation. Our solutions, equipment, and products are specially designed to combat thermal wear challenges.

We provide a vast range of pipe and tube solutions that include the design and manufacture of parts using the widest range of wear resistant materials on the market.

Our solutions can help increase plant efficiency by repairing worn parts that are costly to replace.
