The Sales Academy focused on best sales practice


During the first quarter of 2018, the Sales Academy continued to train Welding Alloys sales forces, focused around the ‘Sparky’ sales process.  There were two sessions conducted, one in Poland and the other in Germany.

Apart from improving sales skills, these sessions also offer the opportunity for new sales people of Welding Alloys to build their own network of relationships and discover talented and motivated individuals.

The next session will be held for our Welding Alloys China team, focusing on the sale of "Blue Ocean" cored wires.
