Welding Alloys Thailand Strengthens Boiler Cladding Capabilities with New Station in Saraburi

In April 2025, Welding Alloys Thailand completed the installation of a state-of-the-art boiler cladding station at its Integra workshop in Saraburi, Thailand. Standing 12 metres high, the facility marks a major step forward in delivering faster, more efficient, and more reliable cladding repair services for customers across the region.

The new station combines advanced design with operational flexibility. With the capacity for five machines to work simultaneously on panels measuring up to 12 metres high and 1.5 metres wide, the system can achieve up to 8 square metres of cladding repairs per day under continuous 24-hour operation. For customers, this translates into shorter turnaround times, reduced waiting periods, and a quicker return to production. Designed for ease of installation and dismantling, the station also ensures minimal disruption and smoother project execution.

“This new station is a powerful example of our commitment to our customers in Southeast Asia,” said Athimet Choomung – Sales Manager. “We’re not just adding a new piece of equipment; we’re fundamentally changing our service to deliver proven expertise with world-class speed and efficiency. This investment will enable our customers to minimise costly interruptions and improve their overall equipment availability.”

Beyond speed and capacity, the real value lies in long-term performance. Welding Alloys’ cladding solutions are engineered to prevent and minimise wear caused by abrasion, impact, temperature, corrosion, and erosion, extending the service life of components by up to 500%. This delivers clear benefits to operators of boilers and pressure vessels:

  • Improved equipment availability – minimising costly interruptions to operations.
  • Reduced total cost of ownership – extending component life and lowering replacement expenditure.
  • Greater operational efficiency – optimised turnaround times for repairs and refurbishments.
  • Trusted expertise – delivered through Welding Alloys’ global Integra Services network.

The addition of this station reflects Welding Alloys’ ongoing strategy to expand its Integra Services globally, ensuring customers benefit from proven expertise, advanced equipment, and innovative cladding solutions wherever they operate.
