Our Welding Alloys family across the world showed charity in a time of desperate need for tens of thousands of people. The recent earthquakes in Turkey and Syria caused unimaginable devastating loss of life and property for so many families. But even before the Welding Alloys leadership announced its plan to match funds raised by staff, colleagues across the world, were already holding events and offering to contribute toward disaster relief efforts.
Today, organisations face unprecedented levels of uncertainty, and this is where a strong and positive organisational culture can make a real difference. Yes, it is easy to feel overwhelmed, insignificant, or even paralysed by tragedy, but when employees unite to take positive action in the communities they operate, the results can be truly inspiring.
