Key features of the machine
- Multiple welding heads
- Multiple roll capabilities
- Robust construction
- Multiple weld patterns: stringer, square wave, oscillation, chevron and spiral welding beads
- Various welding processes: FCAW-S, FCAW-G, GMAW, SAW
This automated welding machine for the cladding and hardfacing of rolls offers robust hardware and high levels of performance, combined with our advanced operating software. With the Roll Cladder Welding Machine, you can complete the welding of the journal, steps, and the roll body in a single continuous operation.
This machine is especially engineered for cladding and hardfacing of:
– Continuous casting rolls
– Hot strip mill rolls
– Pinch rolls
– Coiler rolls
– Top zone rolls
Our standard range of Roll Cladder Machines now includes the R1000, the R3000 and the R6000 models, each of which offers a different level of design to cope with larger, heavier rolls. All the models in this range can be equipped with either a single or multiple welding heads and allows for a choice of cladding single rolls or two rolls at a time, based on the scale of your operation.
D3-Touch from Welding Alloys is a touch screen based control technology for automation allowing effective and efficient implementation of fully automated welding techniques and processes. Welding Alloys incorporates new technology into all Welding Alloys machines, improving performance and accuracy of the welding process. This technology complements the precision engineering mechanics resulting in maximum performance from our welding machines.
Welding Alloys also supplies a custom range of welding machines or can provide a complete retrofit solution for your existing welding equipment.
