The Rotary Plate Cladder is a heavy duty machine designed for automated welding of plates. The machine can be equipped with multiple welding heads, which are set-up to continuously hardface plates that are mounted on a drum up to 8 tons.
The automated machine can be used to weld plates destined to be used in a range of industries such as cement, mining, steel, power, agriculture and recycling. The machine is capable of welding multiple bead profiles, achieving perfect bead geometry, which minimises plate processing after welding.
