O cliente realizava reparos nas turbinas a cada tr\u00eas anos, para combater o desgaste significativo sofrido pelos equipamentos. Em termos simples, os reparos das turbinas exigiriam 1,5 tonelada de arame de soldagem especializado para concluir o trabalho, acrescentando custos significativos a uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 onerosa. <\/p>\n<p>Durante nossa auditoria de desgaste e an\u00e1lise dos produtos e do ambiente, conclu\u00edmos que o arame utilizado para reparar as turbinas n\u00e3o era personalizado nem adequado para combater cavita\u00e7\u00e3o e eros\u00e3o, da\u00ed as perdas substanciais de metal.
