Nosso objetivo \u00e9 otimizar a disponibilidade operacional e reduzir o custo total de propriedade. <\/p>\n<p>Um cliente do setor de celulose e papel na Tail\u00e2ndia entrou em contato com a equipe de servi\u00e7os Integra\u2122 da Welding Alloys Tail\u00e2ndia para a restaura\u00e7\u00e3o de uma rosca.<\/p>\n<p>As roscas recuperadoras s\u00e3o componentes essenciais para o transporte dos cavacos de madeira utilizados como parte do processo de biomassa em f\u00e1bricas de celulose e papel. Devido ao ambiente severo de opera\u00e7\u00e3o, a rosca utilizada nesse equipamento \u00e9 suscet\u00edvel ao desgaste abrasivo, impactando significativamente a vida \u00fatil da pe\u00e7a. <\/p>\n<p>A rosca existente apresentava desgaste consider\u00e1vel, mas a equipe da Welding Alloys Tail\u00e2ndia estava confiante n\u00e3o apenas em reformar o componente, como tamb\u00e9m em prolongar sua vida \u00fatil.<\/p>\n<p>A reforma foi realizada na oficina de servi\u00e7os Integra\u2122 da Welding Alloys, utilizando os produtos premium de prote\u00e7\u00e3o contra desgaste da Welding Alloys e metodologias especializadas de soldagem para aumentar a resist\u00eancia ao desgaste do componente.<\/p>\n<p>O eixo da rosca foi protegido com o revestimento 2+2 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/pt-br\/services\/wear-plates-pipes-components\/composite-wear-plates\/hardlite\/\">Hard<em>lite<\/em>\u2122<\/a>, nossa placa de desgaste leve que oferece alt\u00edssima resist\u00eancia \u00e0 abras\u00e3o. As h\u00e9lices da rosca receberam revestimento utilizando nosso arame tubular avan\u00e7ado, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welding-alloys.com\/pt-br\/produto\/hardface-hc-o\/\">HARDFACE HC-O<\/a> \u2013 desenvolvido especificamente para aumentar a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 abras\u00e3o. <\/p>\n<p>Avan\u00e7ando para setembro de 2023, dois anos ap\u00f3s a reforma, uma inspe\u00e7\u00e3o abrangente revelou que a taxa de desgaste do componente reformado era baixa e que a rosca continua em opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
