(Foto 1: Turbina Pelton). <\/p>\n<p>As ca\u00e7ambas enfrentam muito estresse e seu formato intrincado \u00e9 um fator fundamental para garantir a efici\u00eancia ideal da usina de energia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9todos comuns de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de uma turbina Pelton<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Existem v\u00e1rias maneiras de fabricar uma turbina Pelton. Na maioria dos casos, este tipo de turbina \u00e9 inteiramente usinado, partindo de um disco forjado gigante de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel CA6NM, o que envolve muita perda de material. <\/p>\n<p>Para turbinas maiores, cabe\u00e7as de p\u00e1 podem ser adicionadas ao serem soldadas ao disco forjado pr\u00e9-usinado. Esse processo de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o reduz a perda de mat\u00e9ria-prima, mas aumenta a complexidade do processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o devido \u00e0 precis\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria durante a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de uni\u00e3o. <\/p>\n<p><strong>A manufatura aditiva traz oportunidades para melhorar os m\u00e9todos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A impress\u00e3o 3D de metal est\u00e1 se tornando cada vez mais difundida na ind\u00fastria. Esta nova tecnologia foi estabelecida gra\u00e7as n\u00e3o apenas a uma evolu\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua dos processos de soldagem (laser, arco, etc.), mas tamb\u00e9m dos consum\u00edveis de soldagem. Ela permite a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de pe\u00e7as adicionando material o mais pr\u00f3ximo poss\u00edvel das dimens\u00f5es finais esperadas, mesmo para geometrias muito complexas.  <\/p>\n<p>Este novo m\u00e9todo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um divisor de \u00e1guas. Os fabricantes podem ser mais competitivos reduzindo drasticamente os custos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e os prazos de entrega, resultando em maiores oportunidades para novos neg\u00f3cios. <\/p>\n<p>O uso da manufatura aditiva a arco com arame (WAAM) j\u00e1 foi utilizado com sucesso para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de uma turbina Pelton. Em 2019, a unidade de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o da ANDRITZ Hydro, sediada em Ravensburg, construiu com sucesso as ca\u00e7ambas de uma turbina Pelton de 5020 mm, utilizando sua tecnologia MicroGuss\u2122, mas o uso da manufatura aditiva de arame a laser \u00e9 uma estreia mundial. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Primeira ca\u00e7amba Pelton do mundo fabricada por manufatura aditiva de arame a laser<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A IREPA LASER e a Welding Alloys combinaram seus conhecimentos e habilidades para fabricar uma ca\u00e7amba Pelton usando a tecnologia de arame a laser AMFREE. (Foto 2: Vis\u00e3o geral da ca\u00e7amba Pelton WLAM). <\/p>\n<p><strong>Tecnologia de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o exclusiva<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A manufatura aditiva de arame a laser foi realizada pela IREPA LASER, utilizando uma c\u00e9lula rob\u00f3tica dedicada. Esta ferramenta de produ\u00e7\u00e3o integra a tecnologia laser-multi-arame AMFREE, que permite que v\u00e1rios arames derretam simultaneamente, levando a um aumento significativo na taxa de deposi\u00e7\u00e3o, garantindo ao mesmo tempo a estabilidade ideal do processo. <\/p>\n<p>Para fabricar a ca\u00e7amba Pelton, cada uma das camadas foi produzida de acordo com uma metodologia especial. Come\u00e7ando pelo contorno do formato (para garantir uma superf\u00edcie externa lisa), seguido pelo preenchimento do formato (para garantir uma excelente compacidade). <\/p>\n<p>(Foto 3: Ca\u00e7amba Pelton sendo fabricada usando cabe\u00e7ote de soldagem a laser multi-arame)<\/p>\n<p>A ca\u00e7amba fabricada final mede 360 mm de altura, 340 mm de largura e tem uma profundidade de 170 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Foram necess\u00e1rias 14 horas para produzir esta ca\u00e7amba de 61 kg com uma taxa de deposi\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia de 5-6 kg\/h, utilizando um arame tubular met\u00e1lico de 1,2 mm de di\u00e2metro. Desenvolvimentos recentes j\u00e1 indicam que seria poss\u00edvel atingir at\u00e9 8 kg\/h. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Arame tubular avan\u00e7ado<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Welding Alloys possui uma linha completa de arames tubulares de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel martens\u00edtico macio (13%Cr-4%Ni) dedicados \u00e0 ind\u00fastria hidrel\u00e9trica.
