Localizado no centro dos desvios e cruzamentos est\u00e1 o jacar\u00e9, cujo prop\u00f3sito \u00e9 garantir a continuidade das rotas de cruzamento. Como resultado de sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o, esta parte da via est\u00e1 sujeita a tens\u00f5es significativas, tais como altas cargas\/press\u00e3o e impacto, resultando em desgaste e deforma\u00e7\u00e3o do trilho.  <\/p>\n<p>Quando o desgaste se torna evidente nos trilhos, esses componentes podem ser reparados no local, seguindo um procedimento de soldagem muito preciso. O objetivo principal \u00e9 reconstruir a geometria desejada por meio de soldagem a arco, gra\u00e7as \u00e0 deposi\u00e7\u00e3o de material, e ent\u00e3o proceder \u00e0 retifica\u00e7\u00e3o do trilho para retornar ao seu perfil original antes de voltar \u00e0 opera\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p>\n<p>Em geral, quando o cruzamento da via passou por v\u00e1rios reparos no local, reparos adicionais por soldagem a arco n\u00e3o s\u00e3o mais autorizados pelo gestor da rede, pois existe o risco de que as caracter\u00edsticas mec\u00e2nicas iniciais do cruzamento tenham se deteriorado excessivamente (devido aos diferentes ciclos t\u00e9rmicos que ocorrem durante as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de soldagem). O cruzamento desgastado \u00e9 ent\u00e3o descartado (para ser reciclado) e substitu\u00eddo por um novo. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Com a manufatura aditiva, podemos repensar o ciclo de vida desses cruzamentos de vias<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A impress\u00e3o 3D de metal tem sido utilizada com sucesso na ind\u00fastria h\u00e1 v\u00e1rias d\u00e9cadas, com diferentes processos (arco, laser, etc.). Estas tecnologias de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o tornam poss\u00edvel produzir pe\u00e7as com geometrias frequentemente complexas, atrav\u00e9s da adi\u00e7\u00e3o de material e sobreposi\u00e7\u00e3o da quantidade necess\u00e1ria de camadas. <\/p>\n<p>Esta nova forma de projetar e fabricar abre um campo de possibilidades ao trazer vantagens significativas em termos de tempo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, mas tamb\u00e9m de custos.<\/p>\n<p>Neste artigo, o processo utilizado baseia-se no uso da soldagem por feixe de laser com metal de adi\u00e7\u00e3o na forma de arame tubular. Comumente referido pelas siglas WLAM (Wire Laser Additive Manufacturing) ou Ded-Clad-w (Wire Directed Energy Deposition), este processo consiste na fus\u00e3o utilizando um feixe de laser focado em um arame met\u00e1lico, a fim de formar um dep\u00f3sito no qual as dimens\u00f5es s\u00e3o completamente controladas. <\/p>\n<p>Esta t\u00e9cnica altamente produtiva \u00e9 utilizada para fabricar pe\u00e7as grandes (v\u00e1rios metros). O uso de um arame tubular torna poss\u00edvel aumentar a produtividade, gra\u00e7as a uma taxa de deposi\u00e7\u00e3o elevada do metal de adi\u00e7\u00e3o (o arame tubular funde mais r\u00e1pido do que uma se\u00e7\u00e3o completa de arame s\u00f3lido). Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 poss\u00edvel adaptar e ajustar a qu\u00edmica do metal de solda modificando a composi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica do arame (mantendo-se dentro de quantidades razo\u00e1veis de lotes de produ\u00e7\u00e3o).  <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>  Reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 uma alternativa ecologicamente correta<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o por manufatura aditiva WLAM estende o ciclo de vida do cruzamento. Portanto, em vez de ser enviado para uma usina sider\u00fargica para ser reciclado, o cruzamento pode ser completamente recondicionado em uma oficina especializada. <\/p>\n<p>O primeiro passo \u00e9 remover a parte do cruzamento que foi afetada pelo desgaste, garantindo que apenas o material original \u201csaud\u00e1vel\u201d e n\u00e3o afetado permane\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s verificar a qualidade do metal de base do material restante, uma captura 3D \u00e9 realizada utilizando uma ferramenta de metrologia port\u00e1til. Isso torna poss\u00edvel simular a abordagem de manufatura aditiva por laser de arame para reconstruir a forma original do cruzamento. Trata-se ent\u00e3o apenas de aplicar o procedimento de soldagem adequado (par\u00e2metros, ciclos t\u00e9rmicos, etc.) para sobrepor as camadas necess\u00e1rias de qualidade ideal, de acordo com a geometria desejada.  <\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>  O novo design \u2013 alternativa t\u00e9cnica-econ\u00f4mica<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>At\u00e9 o momento, os cruzamentos de vias s\u00e3o pe\u00e7as fundidas com uma composi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica que varia de acordo com as redes e necessidades.
