A aplica\u00e7\u00e3o envolveu o sistema de transporte pneum\u00e1tico de res\u00edduos. Esses sistemas est\u00e3o expostos \u00e0 abras\u00e3o cont\u00ednua, particularmente em curvas e cotovelos onde o fluxo de material muda de dire\u00e7\u00e3o.  <\/p>\n<p>Por v\u00e1rios anos, o cliente dependeu de tubos Ni-Hard, que exigiam substitui\u00e7\u00f5es frequentes devido ao desgaste r\u00e1pido. Em 2022, eles procuraram a Welding Alloys em busca de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o mais robusta e duradoura que reduzisse o tempo de inatividade e melhorasse a efici\u00eancia de suas opera\u00e7\u00f5es de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o. Nosso reparo aumentou a vida \u00fatil e reduziu a frequ\u00eancia de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de componentes nessas zonas de alto desgaste.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Desenvolvendo uma alternativa comprovada ao Ni-Hard<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quando o cliente contatou a Welding Alloys sobre o problema, a equipe come\u00e7ou a trabalhar no desenvolvimento de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o soldada capaz de oferecer uma vida \u00fatil mais longa. Uma s\u00e9rie de ensaios no local e testes de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o foram realizados para confirmar o desempenho mec\u00e2nico e a adequa\u00e7\u00e3o operacional do revestimento. <\/p>\n<p>O primeiro tubo soldado foi instalado ap\u00f3s testes bem-sucedidos e continuou a operar em carga total. Uma inspe\u00e7\u00e3o subsequente registrou trincas fora da zona de soldagem, enquanto o revestimento permaneceu intacto, confirmando a robustez da solu\u00e7\u00e3o soldada. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Soldagem rob\u00f3tica para geometrias complexas de tubula\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O componente reparado foi uma curva de cotovelo formada por indu\u00e7\u00e3o, uma geometria que apresenta desafios para uma prote\u00e7\u00e3o interna consistente. Utilizando nosso sistema de soldagem rob\u00f3tica, foi aplicado um revestimento interno uniforme ao longo de toda a curvatura do tubo.
