Welding Alloys offers a range of wear plates, wear resistant pipe solutions and advanced wear components, supported by advanced materials to provide the ultimate resistance to wear. Pipes and components can benefit from a range of ceramics, paints, resins, rubbers and numerous alloys used for weld-cladding and hardfacing.

These materials provide resistance to parts under extreme wear conditions, including abrasion, erosion, corrosion, impact, thermal fatigue or a combination of one or more of these phenomena.

Our Integra^™ service centres manufacture and supply a complete range of wear plates or overlay products in accordance with the OEM specifications or customers designs. We also develop specific and tailored cored welding wires to fulfil customer requirements through tailored solutions.
