Advanced Wear Components

Our Advanced Components are supplied hardfaced as new and can be re-hardfaced several times as wear progresses on components worn in service. The composite construction of these components results in a simultaneous increase in abrasion resistance and toughness relative to the traditional castings (Ni-Hard, High-Cr) and forgings. The technology is future proofed through the incorporation of continuing advances in our hardfacing technology.

We have specially designed and manufactured machinery components for better productivity and longer service life, in turn improving the productivity and profitability of your plant. Fabricated and hardfaced in our Integra^™ service centres according to a specified design, our components incorporate the most advanced corrosion and wear resistance solutions.
