Hardplate™ FlowMax and Hardplate™ FlowMax Plus
Hardplate™ FlowMax and Hardplate™ FlowMax Plus are smooth, crack free wear resistant plate products, designed for applications, where hang-up, carryback and impact occur in combination with abrasive wear.
Smooth wear resistant plates have a low coefficient of friction, meaning they offer better sliding properties compared to other types of wear resistant plates. A smooth crack free surface decreases the rate of wear through a reduction in micro turbulence and impact. As a result of decreasing wear rates, plants can benefit from reduced downtime and total cost of ownership.
Thanks to its unique formulation and improved metallurgical properties, Hardplate™ FlowMax Plus is best suited for applications that experience high levels of impact and abrasion, such as: bins, tray liners, hoppers, chutes and mobile equipment.
The smooth surface of both Hardplate™ FlowMax and Hardplate™ FlowMax Plus make them easy to clean and maintain, important for industries where hang-up and carryback occur due to reduced liner angles and naturally sticky material. The plates offer versatility and can be tailored to meet customer requirements for a number of different industries and applications.

- Plates are supplied in flat product form, or as rolled pipe and tube with the minimum rolling radius taken into account.
- Hardplate™ FlowMax and Hardplate™ FlowMax Plus can also be supplied as pre-cut profiles to drawings or as manufactured components.
