We are currently recruiting for full time Welders working in house and on-site.
Key Attributes:
- A good communicator and able to work in a team
- Able to work with speed and accuracy
- Hard working and self-motivated
Main responsibilities:
- Set up and operate welding machine and follow welding procedures
- Hardface/cladding welding (training will be given for specific processes)
- Record Production logs
- Plasma cutting finished sheet
- Prepare final product for dispatch, label and package
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required:
- Health & Safety awareness
- Experience in welding, cutting and forming sheet metal
- Welding skills in STIC(SMAW), MIG, TIG, Sub Arc
- Able to follow instructions and read basic engineering/shop drawings
- Experience in manufacturing
- Able to drive a forklift
- Good housekeeping practices
