The Sugar Mill Kit (SMK) is a portable welding machine designed to weld crusher rolls used in the sugar industry. With this lightweight piece of automated equipment, you can carry out arcing, rebuilding and teardrop welding of the sugar rolls to optimise crushing efficiency and prolong service life. The machine can also be used for welding other components used in sugar mills, such as trash plates.
